I had booked my household goods through your company on 29/8/2025 from Shadnagar Telangana to Sivakasi Tamil Nadu, whose LR NO is 12241, it has been 8 days so far but the goods have not reached their destination, your concerned officials are giving some new reason every day, due to which I am getting a lot of mental trouble, the person with whom I had booked is not picking up my phone right now, 9650518386 is his number, the person who did the packing told that the goods have been unloaded in a warehouse in some city in between. And it is not clear yet when I will get them. Due to this I have not been able to join my duty yet, due to the goods not reaching on time, the daily needs of the entire family are not being met, due to which I am suffering financial loss, for which VRL is completely responsible,
